Just like that barcode on the box at your front door, the barcode on your TAE bag contains crucial information for storing and communicating tracking information. Wear and tear over the years have degraded the barcodes on bags and that began to have a negative impact on TAE operations.
Due to the severe weather conditions throughout the TAE/TExpress region, we anticipate courier service will be delayed or suspended for the week of 2/15 – 2/19. We are working with DSA, the courier company, to monitor service conditions for all hubs.
TAE Courier service has resumed in most of our hubs. To minimize issues, this is being cautiously carried out as part of a rolling and phased plan.
